About the Role
Amity Global School, Noida is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Management & Accountancy Teacher to join its Senior School academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom-management skills, and preferably experience teaching IBDP, Cambridge AS & A Level, or other international curricula.
The role involves delivering engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that develop students' analytical, financial, entrepreneurial and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Management and Accountancy for senior-school students.
Teach concepts through practical examples, case studies, business scenarios, projects and real-world applications.
Prepare students effectively for relevant IBDP / Cambridge assessments and examinations.
Develop lesson plans,



teaching resources, assignments, assessments and revision materials.
Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, research and independent learning.
Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Track student progress and implement appropriate academic interventions where required.
Support students with coursework, projects, research and extended academic assignments.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Encourage students to connect business and accounting concepts with current economic and commercial developments.
Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to departmental planning and review.
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators and academic leadership to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
