Role Overview: Pantronics is looking for a Sales Engineer – Sales & Commercial Operations for its Bengaluru office.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in South
India, while also supporting the day-to-day commercial and operational activities associated
with customer orders and international shipments.

This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of:
B2B Sales & Business Development
Technical product understanding
Customer relationship management
Quotation follow-up and order conversion
SAP/order processing
International shipment coordination
Payment and documentation follow-up
Internal and overseas supplier coordination

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, following up persistently
with multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of an activity from enquiry to payment
closure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop recent customers and business opportunities in South India, particularly
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and surrounding industrial markets.




Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate internally to provide
suitable product solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations and proactively follow up with customers for closure.
Maintain regular interaction with existing customers and identify opportunities for
repeat business and cross-selling.
Conduct customer visits and meetings as required.
Build long-term relationships with customers, purchase teams, design/engineering
teams and other key stakeholders.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

2. Product Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to develop working knowledge and independently handle
customer enquiries for major Pantronics product lines, including:
Thermal Management Products – Heat sinks, TIMs, thermal interface materials and
related solutions
Littelfuse – Circuit protection, sensing
