Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhavnagar, responsible for leading overall branch operations and business growth. This role involves managing daily banking activities, supervising branch staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and maintaining high levels of service quality. The Branch Manager will drive customer acquisition and retention, oversee sales of banking products, monitor key performance metrics,



and implement strategies to achieve branch targets. The role also includes handling escalated customer issues, maintaining robust local market relationships, and ensuring efficient cash, risk, and audit management within the branch. The Branch Manager will report on branch performance, support staff development through coaching, and foster a collaborative, ethical work environment.
