About the Role
As an Assistant Team Lead (Inside Sales), you’ll play a key role in driving student admissions, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth. You’ll contribute to our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, help expand our learner community, and support the launch and growth of current experiential centers while delivering an exceptional counselling experience. This is an entrepreneurial role where you’ll work directly with experienced founders while accelerating your career in the SkillTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities-
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance and drive productivity improvements.
Conduct sales calls, demos, counselling sessions,



and deal closures.
Develop sales strategies and optimize lead management processes.
Train, coach, and develop team members.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of sales employees.
Build and scale remote sales teams across multiple locations.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Education Sales,
Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales. Experience in handling sales targets and a team is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Passionate about Education, Skill Development, Career Counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals.
