We're opening a Pune office — and looking for the person to build it.

Sweven Realty (Dubai property investment for NRI/HNI investors) is setting up our first dedicated Pune branch, following a successful roadshow in the city. We need a Branch Manager who can set up the office from scratch and then run it — hiring and leading a small team of Telesales Executives and Sales Consultants, reporting directly to our Dubai Head Office.

This is a builder's role. You'll set the office up, put the team in place, and manage it from month one.

What you'll do:
? Set up the Pune office — space, systems, and team
? Hire and manage 1–2 Telesales Executives + 1–2 Sales Consultants
? Drive leads from our marketing campaigns to closed deals
? Report performance directly to Dubai HQ





What we're looking for:
✅ 3+ years in real estate sales/ops, 2+ years leading a team
✅ Experience with international/premium property sales (UAE experience a big plus)
✅ Someone who can operate independently and owns outcomes
✅ Based in Pune or open to relocating
