Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Python Application Support Developer to provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python skills, experience in application support processes, API troubleshooting, and incident management while working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLA timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for application-related issues and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, application defects, and performance issues.
Manage and update ServiceNow tickets for Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
Adhere to support lifecycle processes, including incident management, problem resolution, root cause analysis,



and change implementation.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for effective issue resolution.
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational activities.
Support API integrations and troubleshoot API-related issues using tools such as Postman.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
Perform log analysis, data validation, and application monitoring to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Participate in production deployments, release support, and post-implementation validations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability and support efficiency.
Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Python programming.
Experience in Application Support / Production Support environments.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and troubleshooting using Pos
