Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Business Manager role based in Bharatpur. The Area Business Manager will oversee sales and business development activities within the assigned territory,



ensuring achievement of targets for life insurance products and solutions. The role involves managing and motivating a team of Financial Consultants or frontline sales personnel, providing regular coaching, performance reviews, and support on complex sales opportunities. The person in this role will build and strengthen relationships with customers, local partners, and channel stakeholders, while identifying new market opportunities and executing local sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, organizing local marketing initiatives, and preparing regular reports for regional leadership.
