Role Summary

Looking for an experienced candidate with a blend of DevOps/Platform Engineering with automation and AI capabilities. This role will lead automation, platform modernization, cloud-native adoption, observability, and security initiatives while enabling developers through self-service platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, IAC, CI/CD, Platform Automation, Observability tools, Networking, Security and emerging AIOps technologies.

This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working in office, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native platforms across AWS and GCP using Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code principles.




Drive Platform Engineering initiatives by building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), self-service capabilities, modern CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity solutions.
Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices including observability, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, APM, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, incident management, and production reliability.
Develop automation frameworks, self-healing systems, AI-assisted operational workflows, and intelligent remediation capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR.
Partner closely with Product, Security, Platform, and Architecture teams to lead cloud modernization, application migrations, Kubernetes adoption, DevSecOps integration, governance, compliance automation, and policy-as-code initiatives.
