Job Purpose

To support end-to-end lease administration, rental processing, landlord management, statutory compliance, and budgeting activities across the Bank's real estate portfolio while ensuring accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end rental processing for multiple landlords.
Handle lease abstraction and maintain lease-related documentation.
Process and monitor GST, TDS, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of rental and occupancy expenses.
Support rental budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Coordinate and oversee activities performed by CBRE support staff.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

Job Duties And Requirements

Maintain daily operational trackers and ensure data accuracy.
Review lease documents and manage lease abstraction activities.
Process rental payments and support invoice management activities.
Coordinate with landlords on lease administration matters.
Monitor GST, TDS,



and RCM compliance requirements.
Support annual rental and occupancy budget preparation and tracking.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Facilities teams.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of four CBRE staff members.
Ensure lease-related records are maintained accurately and updated timely.
Support lease renewals, amendments, and related documentation processes

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rental administration, lease administration, property management, or similar functions.
Strong understanding of rental operations, budgeting, lease documentation, GST, TDS, and RCM processes.
Experience in stakeholder management and vendor/landlord coordination.
Knowledge of lease agreements and legal documentation will be an added advantage.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field.
