Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, skills, experience and candidate expectations.
Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit and other recruitment channels.
Identify and engage relevant candidates through Boolean searches, database searches, referrals and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication and overall suitability for the role.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and explain job opportunities, company details, role expectations and career opportunities.
Maintain and build a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions and industries.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and manage offer closures and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on candidate status and hiring progress.
Develop strong candidate relationships and build talent pools for current and future requirements.
Work on multiple mandates simultaneously while meeting individual and team hiring targets.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, competitor hiring and industry-specific talent pools.
Desired Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit or similar sourcing platforms.
Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
Strong candidate assessment and screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
