Role Description The Payroll & Compliance Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.



The role involves maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave data, coordinating with HR and accounts, and resolving payroll-related queries in a timely manner. The executive will oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, professional tax, gratuity, and other labor law requirements, and support timely filing of returns and preparation of compliance reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting in audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards, and contributing to process improvements in payroll and compliance operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Experience with statutory compliance and labor laws (PF, ESIC, professional tax, gratuity, bonus, and related regulations).
