We are hiring a Learning Designer to design hands-on learning experiences across our programs.

This role focuses on project-based learning, experiential learning, curriculum design, learner assessment, and continuous improvement.

You will map out how students move from learning core concepts to exploring, building, testing, reflecting, and creating tangible outcomes.

Note: This is not primarily a presentation, video production, or content-writing role.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Design Learning Journeys: Build project-based and experiential learning paths that convert outcomes into practical activities, challenges, and assessments.
• Create Resources: Develop student materials, facilitator guides, and Learning Management System (LMS) content.
• Map Progression: Structure clear progression stages across the entire learner journey and define how progress is measured.
• Analyze & Improve: Observe live sessions, analyze performance and engagement data,



and collect feedback from students, mentors, and program teams to redesign experiences.
• Enable Mentors: Work closely with technical experts and design systems that empower mentors to act as active facilitators rather than traditional lecturers.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Strong background in learning design, instructional design, or curriculum design, with a deep grasp of experiential and project-based learning.
• Proven ability to turn learning objectives into actionable student experiences, structured materials, and meaningful assessments.
• Comfortable working with an LMS and digital learning tools.
• Ability to use observation, feedback, and metrics to continuously refine programs.
• Clear written communication, robust independence, high ownership, and comfort working in an early-stage startup with shifting priorities.
