About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Executive – Influencer Marketing who understands creators, content and internet culture — and wants to build a brand people genuinely love.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to discover creators, build relationships,



execute collaborations and create content that drives both brand love and growth.

What You’ll Do
Discover and onboard relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
Own influencer campaigns end-to-end — outreach, negotiation, briefs, execution and tracking
Build long-term relationships with creators and pet-parent communities
Work with creators to develop high-performing, authentic content
Track campaign performance and identify creators/content that can scale
Spot trends, formats and cultural moments Smylo should participate in
Collaborate with the brand and performance teams to turn great creator content into winning ads
Help build Smylo into a brand that pet parents talk about, share and recommend

Who We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand, social media or creator partnerships
You live and breathe Instagram, creators and internet culture
Strong communication and relationship-building sk
