Role Description The Growth Specialist will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Aynstyn’s digital ecosystem in a full time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and identifying scalable channels for outreach and conversion.



The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to shape positioning, refine messaging, and improve user journeys based on data-driven insights. The Growth Specialist will track performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and prepare reports that inform strategy and priorities. This position also requires building and managing initiatives that strengthen community, partnerships, and revenue growth while maintaining alignment with Aynstyn’s long-term, competence-building mission.
