Job Description

Da’Villas & The Connections by Da’Villas are rapid-growing Travel & Hospitality startups creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, celebrations, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a Luxury Travel Revenue Executive who is confident, energetic, target-driven, and passionate about sales and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
* Respond to leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets, and occasions.
* Recommend suitable luxury villas, premium stays, retreats, and curated travel experiences.
* Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
* Achieving assigned sales and revenue targets is mandatory for this role.




* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Handle customer objections and confidently close bookings.
* Upsell premium stays, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.
* Maintain accurate lead, customer, and booking information in the CRM.
* Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat bookings and referrals.
* Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Support business development, lead generation, and other growth initiatives when required.
