ROLE SUMMARY
The Operations Executive will own day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and D2C channel — ensuring products are always listed accurately, in stock, and fulfilled on time. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple platforms simultaneously and wants to be close to the operational engine of a quick-growing beauty and fragrance brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace & D2C Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart) and the brand's D2C website.
• List, update, and optimize product catalogues — pricing, descriptions, images, and keywords — across all platforms.
• Monitor and resolve listing issues, account health flags, and platform compliance requirements.
Quick Commerce Operations
• Own end-to-end operations for quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and others as onboarded).
• Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment to dark stores and fulfillment centers to prevent stockouts.
• Track platform-specific visibility, ratings, and promotional slot performance; work with category managers to improve rankings and search placement.
Order Management & Fulfillment
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment SLAs, and returns/RTO across all channels. • Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners
