Position: Area Manager – Hyderabad
Division: Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) – Medical Devices
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for MIS products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchase departments, biomedical teams and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations and product trials.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Develop and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Coordinate with service and technical teams for product demonstrations, installations and customer support.




Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts and CRM updates.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–8 years in Medical Devices / Surgical / MIS / Laparoscopy sales preferred.
Strong knowledge of MIS, Laparoscopy and Surgical products will be an advantage.
Existing network with hospitals, surgeons and distributors in Hyderabad preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with solid business-development capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduate / Biomedical Engineer / B.Sc. / MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
