Senior Accountant / Junior Accountant

Job Summary
We are hiring Senior and Junior Accountants with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
Manage GST invoices, GST returns, TDS calculations, and related documentation.
Assist with monthly closing, trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet, and MIS reports.
Maintain petty cash, expense records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors,



vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Solid understanding of journal entries, ledgers, AP/AR, and reconciliation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Commerce graduate, preferably B.Com/M.Com.
Good communication, accuracy, and documentation skills.

Role Level: Candidates with 2–3 years may be considered for Junior Accountant, while candidates with 3–4 years and closing/reporting experience may be considered for Senior Accountant.
