Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Projects with 7+ years of relevant experience in CRM implementation and project management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with CRM products, gathering client requirements, managing implementations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
The candidate should preferably have experience working with a CRM product/company and should be well-versed in CRM implementation processes across Service and Manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities CRM Implementation & Project Management
Manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points and translate them into CRM solutions.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and review BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
Coordinate with technical and functional teams for solution design, development, customization, and implementation.
Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.
Track project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions wherever required.
Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout
