We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and grow our brand across Myntra, Nykaa and other online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, advertising, order management, account health and overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Handle complete seller account management, including catalogue uploads, product approvals, attributes, category mapping and listing corrections.
Create and optimise product listings with accurate:
Product titles
Descriptions
Keywords
Images
Sizes / variants
Pricing
Product specifications
Ensure all listings follow individual marketplace guidelines and jewellery-category compliance requirements.




Coordinate new product launches and ensure SKUs go live on marketplaces on time.
Monitor inventory and stock availability across all channels and prevent overselling or stock-outs.
Coordinate inventory updates between internal stock systems and marketplace portals.
Manage marketplace pricing, discounts, offers, coupons and promotional campaigns.
Participate in major marketplace events, sale periods and brand campaigns.
Monitor competitor brands, pricing, bestselling products and category trends.
Identify opportunities to improve product ranking, visibility and conversion rates.
Manage and optimise marketplace advertisements and sponsored product campaigns.
Track advertising spend, sales, ROAS and campaign profitability.
Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse / fulfilment teams for timely dispatch and accurate order processing.
Investigate and reduce high return rates and identify SKU-level return reasons.
