About The Role

MavnixIT is looking for a Business Development Associate to bring in new business for our IT services, staffing, and digital marketing offerings. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — finding them, reaching out, qualifying interest, and moving conversations toward a deal. This is a hunting role: you are expected to generate pipeline, not just manage inbound leads. Exposure to international markets (US, UK, UAE, or similar) is a strong plus, since a meaningful part of our client base is outside India.

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels — for both Indian and international markets.
Qualify inbound leads from the website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements and pitch the right MavnixIT service — IT development, staffing, or digital marketing.




Schedule and support discovery calls between prospects and the leadership/delivery team.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in a CRM — log every conversation, follow-up, and status change.
Follow up consistently; most deals are lost to poor follow-up, not a bad pitch.
Draft proposals, quotes, and follow-up emails with support from the team.
Track and report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline movement.

What We're Looking For

6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation — any industry.
Excellent written and verbal English communication — you will be talking to international clients.
Comfortable with cold outreach: cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn prospecting.
Basic proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar), or willingness to learn one quick.
Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote setup.
