We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain X-Rite Pantone's data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision making across our Software Engineering and Product organizations.

The role focuses on collecting, integrating, transforming, and exposing data from software development processes, digital products, cloud services, and connected measurement devices. This includes engineering metrics, product usage analytics, application telemetry, quality metrics, release information, customer workflows, and measurement data.

The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, product managers, quality assurance engineers, application support teams, and data consumers across the organization to create scalable data platforms, reliable pipelines, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lake architectures.
Integrate data from software development tools, including source control systems, issue trackers, test systems, CI/CD pipelines, and release management platforms.
Collect, process,



and model telemetry, analytics, and measurement data generated by X-Rite Pantone software products and connected devices.
Design and maintain data models that enable product analytics, engineering insights, and business reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for engineering, product management, and leadership teams.
Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and traceability across all data sources.
Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational practices for data platforms and pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, QA engineers, and data scientists to define and prioritize data requirements.
Provide clean, well-documented, and consumable datasets for analytics, machine learning, and reporting use cases.
Support data governance, security, and privacy requirements.
