Role Description
This is a key coordination and delivery role where you will work closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, resources, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with technical, operations, sales,



and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports, and project documentation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies
Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and key decisions clearly to customers, management, and internal stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions as required
Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery
Support business development activities by identifying customer needs, potential opportunities, and areas for additional services
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, technical teams, vendors, and service providers
