Role Description The Creative Strategist role at KickstartMedia is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the individual will develop and refine brand and campaign strategies, translating client objectives into explicit, creative concepts and communication frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, leading brainstorming sessions, shaping creative briefs, and collaborating closely with design, copy,



and account teams to ensure cohesive execution. The Creative Strategist will review and optimize ongoing campaigns, present strategic recommendations to clients, and maintain consistency in brand storytelling across channels. The role involves balancing creative ideation with analytical thinking to deliver effective, insight-driven work.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy to define positioning, messaging, and campaign direction.
Experience in Creative Direction to guide visual and verbal concepts and align teams around a unified creative vision.
Proficiency in Writing to craft clear, compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and presentation materials.
Solid Research abilities to analyze markets, audiences, competitors, and trends for insight-led decision making.
Background in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field; agency experience is preferr
