Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding and nurturing service partners,



and driving category growth in the local market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting partnership negotiations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and partner success. The Business Development Associate is expected to maintain accurate records of activities, provide regular reporting, and actively contribute ideas to strengthen Urban Company’s presence in Ahmedabad.
