Job Outline
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of CPaaS solutions for enterprise customers. The role requires close collaboration with customers, telecom operators, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with Tata Communications customers and internal stakeholders to understand project scope, business objectives, risks and product requirements
Work closely with other team engineers to consult and coordinate on the deployment and implementation plan with all players such as Telco operators, customers, platform and solution engineers involved in CPaaS implementation
Drive and manage the project management process of our Enterprise customers on our CPaaS Platform
Coordinate and plan project activities of cross-organizational project team that may include partners, third-party solutions vendors and Tata Communications employees
Create and maintain delivery project plan across all parties,



and able to report status of the project to all stakeholders
Own and work with our partners, vendors or operators to address and resolve issues with greater complexity.
Follow up and maintain strong relationships with engineering, operations and product teams to make sure issues have been resolved to a high level of satisfaction and that customers are successful in their implementation.
Regular review of projects status, deliverables, timeline and lessons learned
Desired Profile
5 years of working experience in the project management fields, preferably from Software Development background.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, MSc, MBA is a plus;
Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, ITIL, with project management working experience in a Telco or software development setting;
Proven track record of significant experience in managing large or complex projects
