Aakaa Foods is a growing food manufacturing company based in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, known for quality food products and strong relationships with distributors and retailers. We are expanding our market presence and are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our Tamil Nadu business.

Role : Regional Sales Head – Tamil Nadu
? Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu
? Experience: 8–10+ Years
? Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
? Salary: ₹1,00,000+ per month + Incentives + DA

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Tamil Nadu sales team and drive overall regional sales growth.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
4. Expand distribution and market presence across Tamil Nadu.
5. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities.
6.



Conduct regular market visits and take corrective actions to improve performance.
7. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
8. Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Candidate Requirements
1. 8–10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.
2. Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
3. Proven experience in achieving sales and distribution targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
5. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
6. Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
7. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.
