Role Description The Sales Leader (Software & IT Services) will drive revenue growth by leading the end-to-end sales cycle for software solutions and IT services, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demos, and closing opportunities. This full-time, in office role based in Pune City involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges,



and aligning 12th Wonder’s solutions to their digital transformation goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. The Sales Leader will also contribute to sales strategy, forecast pipelines, prepare proposals and commercial terms, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
