About the Role
Syscort is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder & CEO and translate the company's vision into a structured, scalable and executable business plan.
This is a hands-on strategy + execution role covering organization design, business operations, GTM, hiring, processes and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Founder vision into strategic priorities and 90/180-day execution plans.
Design organization structure, operating model, reporting lines and accountability.
Develop headcount plans, hiring priorities and workforce budgets.
Define roles, KPIs, decision rights and management cadence.
Design and improve business workflows, SOPs and operating processes.
Support GTM, business-unit strategy, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Improve coordination across Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR and Operations.
Build management dashboards and business-performance reviews.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives from problem → solution → implementation.




Help reduce Founder dependency on day-to-day operations and build a scalable operating system.
Ideal Candidate
5–10 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Transformation or Founder’s Office.
MBA from IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI or equivalent preferred.
Candidates with experience at leading consulting or high-growth technology companies are strongly preferred.
Relevant backgrounds may include McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, PhonePe, Meesho or similar organizations.
Experience in organization design, operating model, GTM, transformation or business scaling is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with founders/CXOs in an ambiguous, quick-moving environment.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives.
