Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our student operations team. The role involves handling student queries, maintaining accurate CRM data, managing stakeholder communication, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities to ensure a smooth student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve student queries through appropriate communication channels.
Provide timely and professional support to students.
Maintain and regularly update student information and records in the CRM.
Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve student-related issues.
Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in operations, student services, customer support, or a similar role; freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.
