Remote Sales Quoting Manager

We are currently seeking a Remote Sales Quoting Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Objectives:
As the Remote Sales Quoting Manager, your primary goal is to oversee the end-to-end process of creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes to our clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of quoting requests
Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and finance team members
Developing competitive and compelling quotes aligned with our pricing strategies

Quoting Process Management
In this role, you will:




Receive and review quoting requests from various team members
Gather necessary information and analyse customer requirements
Develop accurate and competitive quotes based on established strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and compliance

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in using quoting software or CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or similar tools would be advantageous
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Remote Working Details:
This is a full time remote position, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, based on UK time. Please only apply if you can work within these hours.
