Role Description The Home Loan Coordinator at ApnaRupee is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves guiding clients through the home loan process, from initial inquiry and document collection to application submission and follow-up. The coordinator will liaise with lenders, underwriters, and internal teams, ensuring applications are accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner. Daily activities include explaining loan options to clients, maintaining detailed records, resolving queries,



and providing proactive updates on application status. The role requires close adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.
Qualifications

Should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and experience working with various home loan products.
Should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
Should possess expertise in handling Loans, including application processing, documentation review, and coordination with financial institutions.
Should possess familiarity with Underwriting processes, risk assessment basics, and compliance requirements.
Should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
