We are seeking a highly specialized Commingling Technology Consultant to guide the development and optimization of our next-generation hybrid thermoplastic composite yarns.

In this role, you will provide strategic technical expertise to our R&D; team, helping to refine our fiber-blending processes (carbon/glass/aramid with thermoplastic matrices),



improve microstructure uniformity, and accelerate our transition from lab-scale prototyping to commercial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine our pneumatic (air-jet) or mechanical commingling setups to improve fiber distribution and reduce filament damage.
Material Characterization: Advise on testing protocols to evaluate the wetting quality, void content, and mechanical properties of consolidated commingled composites.
Consolidation Guidance: Provide technical recommendations for downstream processing parameters (thermoforming, pressing, or winding) to achieve rapid, defect-free parts.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to fiber static, matrix distribution, and poor drapeability in complex geometries.
