Intermediate or post secondary technical/industrial qualification, preferably in mechanics or machinery. 2. At least 5 years of printing experience; flexographic printing on paper rolls is preferred. 3. Ability to operate and maintain printing machines. 4. Knowledge of paper types, inks, and printing techniques, with experience printing on Single PE, Double PE, kraft paper, and other paper grades, plus valuable knowledge of color matching and adjustment. 5. Accuracy and strong attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and perform effectively under pressure. Max. 35 years  Operate a 6- to 8-color water-based offset printing press.  Mix colors accurately in accordance with the required Pantone references.  Prepare and install printing plates/cylinders while maintaining accurate registration during printing.  Identify and, where possible,



repair minor faults; coordinate fully with the Maintenance Department until the machine is returned to service.  Coordinate with the rest of the team to keep production running smoothly and effectively direct the supporting crew.  Monitor print quality and confirm compliance with the required specifications and the approved proof provided.  Comply with all printing area safety and quality procedures.  Clean and maintain the machines periodically to ensure efficient operation.  Record daily production quantities and submit a report to the direct supervisor.  Perform high-quality printing on paper cups in accordance with the required designs and specifications.  Ensuring that the finished product meets applicable standards while maintaining machine efficiency.  Minimizing raw material waste and supporting a
