Responsibilities

This position handles primary duties including but not limited to processing /monitoring of Loans/SBLCs functions. Other duties may include handling certain loans/deals related reports as required. This position also includes handling of additional projects which helps in process improvements as required.

The role incumbent is expected to:

Knowledge of Financial Products (Especially Loans, Guarantee and Stand by Letter of Credit etc.).
Through knowledge of syndicated loan documentation
Full suite of Loan Servicing
Basic Accounting.
Knowledge on Operational Risk.
Knowledge on Credit Risk.
Guiding the team in right direction to improve individually and to make them contribute for the improvement of the process
Ensure all the activities handled by the team are delivered with high quality with effective controls
Continuous monitoring of key business-related activities and effectively document and communicate findings to management
Follow-up to resolve and validate open issues noted during reviews by internal/external entities




Align with current developments/policies, procedures and activities appropriate to operations with transparent focus towards regulatory/economic changes
Ensure processes are constantly improving, and participate in change projects
Ensure the risks are well anticipated and managed
Responsibilities in the Role
The role incumbent, as OL supporting APAC/EMEA/ AMER DMT in FIN
Client/stakeholder management
o Client Centric
o Report and escalate Client Incidents
o Develop and maintain a strong connect with stake holders
o Anticipate the client needs to maintain an excellent relationship
o Provide a quick/satisfactory resolution for issues
o Build effective synergy with cross-functional units
Operational Excellence:
o Deliver BAU per set benchmarks/ agreements
o Monitor/Escalate errors and incidents
o Identify and drive production efficiencies
o Monitoring all the below activities handled by the team to ensure better quali
