Role Description
The Founders Office role at Avishkar AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru, working closely with the founders on strategic and operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving special projects across product,



operations, and business development, conducting market and competitive research, and preparing decision-ready analyses and reports. The role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely execution of strategic plans and experiments. The Founders Office team member will help shape narratives for investor updates, client presentations, and internal communications, while building processes that support rapid scaling. This position suits individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy solving diverse business problems, and want exposure to multiple functions in a fast-moving AI startup.
