About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketplace E-commerce Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising across leading marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, analytical, and experienced in managing marketplace ad platforms with a strong focus on ROAS, ACoS, conversions, and revenue growth. This role will work closely with category, creative, and performance teams to drive profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns on Nykaa, myntra, Amazon, Flipkart.




Develop and manage advertising strategies to maximize visibility, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets, ad copies, and campaign approvals.
Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketplace partners to leverage promotional opportunities and optimize listings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or similar marketplaces and quick-commerce marketplaces.
Solid understanding of CPC, bidding, keyword targeting, and campaign analytics.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
