Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, target-oriented, and passionate about building a career in the travel industry.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, communicating with customers, preparing quotations, following up with leads, converting enquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp communication, customer meetings, sales follow-ups, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Upsell services and maximize revenue
Handle travel enquiries and customer calls
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages
Prepare quotations and customized itineraries
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain customer relationships
Develop corporate, institutional, and group sales
Coordinate with Reservation and Operations Teams
Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and reports
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

Minimum Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Service preferred.
Freshers can apply if they have robust communication and sales potential.
Good spoken and written English.
Hindi/Bengali communica
