Role Description The Relationship Manager Home Loans and Loan Against Property is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The position involves identifying and contacting prospective customers, understanding their housing finance requirements, and offering suitable home loan and loan against property solutions. The Relationship Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, document collection, application processing support, and coordination with internal teams for approvals and disbursements.



The role includes maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring high service standards, addressing queries, and encouraging repeat and referral business. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with channel partners, developers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications

Proven experience in retail lending, preferably in home loans or loan against property, with strong understanding of housing finance products and processes.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convert leads and maintain long-term client connections.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and handle customer queries professionally.
