ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
To establish the Bank's Letter of Credit (LC) business and scale the existing Bank Guarantee (BG) business by developing products, activating channels, building partnerships, enabling digital capabilities, and driving business growth and fee income.
Establish the Bank's Letter of Credit (LC) business and scale the existing Bank Guarantee (BG) business.
Drive fee and commission income by developing LC & BG product propositions, policy and process frameworks, pricing inputs, channel activation plans and customer acquisition strategy.
Enable digital journeys, faster turnaround time, robust compliance governance and cross- functional execution with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.
Launch and build the Bank's LC business, including product, policy, process and go-to- market strategy.
Drive growth and penetration of the existing BG business across MSME, Commercial and Branch Banking channels.
Develop business through Branch Banking, Wholesale Banking, MSME, DSAs and strategic partners.
Enhance product features,



pricing and customer value proposition for LC & BG.
Build digital customer journeys and simplify processes to improve turnaround time.
Train and enable sales teams, branches and relationship managers to drive LC & BG business.
Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal and Technology for seamless implementation. Monitor business performance, profitability, fee income, portfolio quality and
recommend continuous improvements.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business / Economics or related discipline. MBA / PGDM in Finance, Banking, International Business or Trade Finance preferred.

Experience:
7 to 10 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Trade Finance / Transaction Banking / LC & BG Operations / MSME Banking / Commercial Banking / Product Management. Hands-on exposure to LC / BG issuance, documentation, operations, credit coordination and customer solutioning will be
