Role Description The Sales Manager role at Puchkaman® is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata Area.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; identify opportunities to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and corporate/bulk sales.
Outlet Performance: Monitor sales across outlets,



compare actual performance against targets, and create action plans for underperforming locations.
Team Management: Lead and motivate outlet managers and sales/frontline teams; set targets, review performance, and coach staff on upselling and customer service.
Sales Analysis: Track KPIs such as sales growth, average order value (AOV), transactions, conversion, product mix, discounting, and channel-wise sales.
Promotions & Local Store Marketing: Plan local promotions, corporate tie-ups, events, sampling activities, and campaigns to increase footfall and repeat business.
Delivery & Aggregator Business: Monitor sales through food-delivery platforms and work on improving menu visibility, promotions, pricing, ratings, and order volumes.
Customer Experience: Ensure service standards are maintained, review customer feedback and complaints, and take corrective action to improve satisfaction and retention.
