Every system in the world is trying to talk to another one. Someone has to make that conversation happen.
That's what we do. We build the integrations that let businesses and services across the UK, Ireland and beyond actually work — data moving cleanly between systems that were never designed to meet.
We're looking for someone at the start of their career to come and learn how to do it properly.

What you'll actually do
Build and consume REST APIs. Work with SOAP services. Write PL/SQL that doesn't fall over. Learn Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns from people who've been doing this for years. Move real data between real systems for real organisations — from week one, not after six months of shadowing.
You'll break things in test. You'll fix them. That's how this works.

What you bring
Solid Java fundamentals — the rest we'll teach you
Enough SQL to be dangerous, and the appetite to get properly good at it
Curiosity about how systems fit together




The confidence to say "I don't know yet" and then go find out

Degree in CS, IT or Engineering — or you've taught yourself and can show us what you've built. Both count.

We're not precious about it. If you use AI tools to learn faster, debug smarter and write better code — and you understand what the code is doing rather than just pasting it — that's exactly the mindset we want. Bring it.
