Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Delegate Acquisition Executive. In this position, you will identify and engage potential delegates for conferences and events, using research, outreach campaigns,



and personalized communication to build interest and secure attendance. You will manage delegate pipelines, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and event production teams to align delegate acquisition strategies with event goals, messaging, and timelines. You will also nurture long-term relationships with delegates, gather feedback, and contribute insights to improve future events and audience targeting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or business development within events, conferences, or B2B environments.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage senior-level professionals across regions.
Confident in using digital tools, CRM systems, email outreach platforms, and social media for prospecting and relationship management.
