Entrepreneur in Residence - Healthcare Data for AI

The Opportunity
We are building a new healthcare data business that helps leading AI labs and technology companies develop better medical AI.
India has enormous clinical diversity, healthcare expertise, and medical data infrastructure. Our goal is to build the trusted bridge between global AI companies and Indian hospitals, clinics, laboratories, physician networks, and healthcare professionals.
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to build this business with us from the ground up.

What You’ll Own
Identify the most valuable healthcare data requirements across AI labs, healthtech companies, and research organisations
Build relationships with potential global buyers and understand their data, evaluation, and expert requirements
Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, medical colleges, and physician networks
Design projects involving consented and de-identified clinical audio, video, medical records, diagnostic reports, images, and expert annotations
Structure pilots, pricing, commercial agreements,



and scalable delivery models
Work with clinical, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality datasets
Recruit and manage doctors and medical specialists for data creation, annotation, and AI evaluation projects
Own the business pipeline, partnerships, project execution, and early revenue
Help build the initial team and eventually lead this business vertical

Who We’re Looking For
3 to 7 years of experience in startups, healthcare, AI, consulting, business development, or venture building
Robust commercial thinking with the ability to execute hands-on
Comfortable speaking with AI companies, hospital owners, doctors, and institutional leadership
Able to turn an ambiguous opportunity into a structured, revenue-generating business
Strong research, communication, negotiation, and project-management skills
High ownership, speed, curiosity, and comfort working without a predefin
