The Lead Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for leading business process consulting, solution design, and client engagement activities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and transformation initiatives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients and serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams,



and delivery resources to ensure successful execution of CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements. The position drives project discovery, scope validation, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, functional requirements gathering, solution alignment, mentoring, organizational change support, and delivery excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle.
