Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Specialist to manage and support key finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, Financial Reporting, MIS, Book Closure, Compliance, and Audit Coordination. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently and take ownership of finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Handle monthly and annual book closure activities.
Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
Perform GL review, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Support cash flow planning and fund management.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting,



and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiency.
