Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Bhatinda.



The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across the assigned territory, including planning and executing regional sales strategies, setting and monitoring targets, and driving revenue growth for Kan Biosys products. The role involves managing and mentoring a field sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers, and conducting regular field visits to promote products and gather market insights. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with agronomy, marketing, and product teams to support demonstrations, trainings, and promotional campaigns, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include forecasting, reporting on sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying recent business opportunities.
