Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Area Sales Executive (Sr. ASE) to drive business growth for the Royal Canin segment across the assigned territory.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for managing the distributor model, direct retail execution, and relationships with retail outlets. The candidate will be expected to drive sales, distribution, visibility, and execution across the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Distributor (DC) model and direct retail business across the assigned territory.
Handle and develop relationships with approximately 100 retail outlets.




Drive primary and secondary sales in line with business objectives and territory targets.
Ensure effective product availability, distribution, visibility, and execution across assigned outlets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for increasing numeric distribution and improving outlet productivity.
Execute channel strategies and promotional initiatives at the retail level.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product movement.
Ensure timely order generation, follow-ups, and achievement of sales targets.
Work closely with distributors to improve business performance and market coverage.
Maintain accurate market and sales information and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Develop recent outlets and strengthen existing retail relationships to expand the business footprint.
