About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Campaign Strategist to join our growing MEConnect Growth Team and drive the strategic planning of campaigns, brand communication and content across our group companies.
The role will work across a portfolio of education brands operating across India and the Middle East, currently comprising Middle East College (MEC), Oman; Jumeira University (JU), Dubai; and AiD Bangalore.
This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of business objectives, brand strategy and marketing execution. The successful candidate will translate institutional and business priorities into integrated marketing campaigns, clear communication strategies and actionable briefs for the execution teams.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and relevant business and on-ground teams, the role will ensure that marketing initiatives across the group are strategically planned, creatively solid,



market-relevant and executed consistently across digital and offline channels.
The role will also provide strategic direction and mentorship to a young marketing execution team, helping improve the quality, consistency and effectiveness of marketing outputs across the group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand, Content & Communication Strategy
· Develop and drive the overall content and communication strategy across the group brands.
· Build campaign-led content calendars that go beyond individual social media posts and create connected brand stories across channels.
· Define content pillars, communication themes, messaging frameworks and campaign narratives aligned with brand positioning.
· Guide content development across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, brochures, videos, events and other marketing touchpoints.
