Role Description The Shift Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that staff members follow procedures, meet performance standards, and deliver a positive customer experience. The Shift Manager will allocate and supervise tasks, monitor workflows, manage break schedules, and address operational issues in real time. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, handling escalations,



maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing basic shift reports. The role also involves coordinating with other managers to ensure smooth handovers between shifts and contributing ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people-management abilities, including experience supervising teams or leading shifts.
